I had a very negative experience at Goza Auto Parts and would strongly advise others to avoid them. I was quoted one price and then charged significantly more, and I am not happy with the work done. In addition, the staff/owner was unprofessional and openly racist in front of customers. There are plenty of auto shops in the area owned by people willing to treat their customers and neighbors with respect.

I am absolutely thrilled to share my wonderful experience with GOZA Auto parts and machine shop! From the moment I stepped into their store, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly atmosphere. This level of customer service truly sets them apart from any other auto parts shop I have visited. One aspect that particularly impressed me about GOZA Auto parts and machine shop is their exceptional commitment to quality control. It is evident that they prioritize delivering only the best products to their customers. They actually took the time to call me and ask me to come down and inspect the honed cylinders before they took it off the honing machine. Their attention to detail and strict quality standards truly gave me peace of mind, knowing that I was investing in reliable and durable machined parts. Moreover, I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic their customer service is at GOZA Auto parts and machine shop. Tommy was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He took my father and I on a tour of his shop. I brought him a head I needed decked and he got it back to me the next day. I am building another engine soon. Much better than any other shop I've used. Will use again!
